
Cody is our strength coach. With 14 years of weightlifting experience, 10 years in powerlifting, and a background in collegiate football, he knows what it takes to build real, lasting strength. Cody works with clients of all ages and levels, helping them develop solid training routines with a focus on proper technique, progressive strength, and making fitness a lifelong habit — not just a short-term one.
Elizabeth is our nutrition coach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s in Health and Human Performance. With 10 years of weightlifting – experience in nutrition coaching, hormone health, sports nutrition, and 6 years in the supplement industry, she’s passionate about guiding clients to achieve their goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling their best. Her mission is to help you create results that last long after coaching ends.
